Refund Policy

We want ClientClose to earn its keep in your practice. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back. It is part of our Terms of Service.
{{refundDays}}-day money-back guarantee. If you're a new customer and ClientClose isn't right for you, email us within {{refundDays}} days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email {{supportEmail}} from the email address on your account and let us know you'd like a refund. You don't need to explain why. We'll confirm and process it — refunds are issued to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
The {{refundDays}}-day guarantee — details
- Applies to your first paid subscription period(s) as a new ClientClose customer, within {{refundDays}} days of your first charge.
- Covers the amount you actually paid us during that window.
- Requesting a refund cancels your subscription and ends your access to the Service.
- The guarantee is intended to be used once per customer, in good faith.
After the first {{refundDays}} days
ClientClose is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support. When you cancel:
- Your subscription stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing period already paid, except where required by law.
Exceptions and special cases
- Billing errors: if you were charged incorrectly or double-charged, contact us and we'll make it right, regardless of the {{refundDays}}-day window.
- Extended outages: if the Service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, contact us and we'll consider a credit or refund in good faith.
- Locked Founding pricing is unaffected by this policy — a refund and re-subscription may not restore a previously locked promotional rate.
Chargebacks
If you have any billing concern, please contact us first at {{supportEmail}} — we're a small team and we respond quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
